Available from May 10th till the July 31st for sublet. If you want, you
can renew the lease. I will be out of country by May 10th, so must sublet
asap.

= Great location: at the intersecion of wightman and covode st.
= Spacious room (Approximatelt 19 x 12 ft)
= Separate and big kitchen (w/ stove and fridge). (Kitchen almost half the
size of the room.)
= One huge walk-in closet and one small closet.
= Only minus is the not-so-attractive hardwood floors.
= Parking on street.
= Close to Squirrel Hill shopping district, bus-stops to
CMU/Pitt/downtown/Waterfront.
= CMU escort (shuttle) comes right upto the house.
= Coin-op laundary in the basement. (No basement storage.)
= Rent $535 + electric (~$16/mo).
= NO PETS
I need the house until May 9th, so you can move in anytime From May 10th.
Rent for your period of stay will be negoitable.

a summer
class at Pitt. i saw your ad on Google for a sublet available. i was
wondering if it still is available. if it is, i would VERY much

i am hoping to move in on this Sunday May 8th. i am taking a 6-week
summer session...
