TWO apartment in shadyside

I am leaving for another state a week from now. I am subletting a two
bedroom apartment at 6301 5th Ave from 4/28 through 7/31 (you can renew the
lease afterwards).

I am asking $550/mon (The rent on the lease is $735/mo plus electricity
($15-20/mo), parking lot is included). I can also leave the full-size bed
(in good shape) to you if you sublet.

A big bedroom and a smaller one. A large living room. Carpet floor.

Tranportation: 71D in front of the building (downstairs), 500 two blocks
away (3 min walk).

Laundry at the basement.

Hello, my name is Jeff Harding. i am a undergrad at PSU looking to take
a summer
class at Pitt. i saw your ad on Google for a sublet available. i was
wondering if it still is available. if it is, i would VERY much

session...
