4716 Ellsworth Avenue. It 5 mins walk to University Center.
I have its lease till end of January but I want to leave mid December so
that's why I am looking for someone who can take it over from me from
January.
If you move in on 20th Dec you don't have to pay for December rent and the
lease can be until May or June or July.
