Sorry. There is a slight change in the advertisement. I gave Landlord
$500 deposit. Hence, when I move out ,he is going to give my deposit
back and he is going to ask for deposit. Hence, if someone is
interested in sublet, I will just want the half. That is, give $250 me
and then when you move out, get $500 deposit which will be in the
lease. If someone is interested, please make your decision in this
week.
Heating included i.e. landlord pays heating and it is very
hot. 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, 1 bathroom, 1 large kitchen. It is very
close to both universities PITT and CMU. Available in January. Just
$500 for this cosy home. To contact, please use same phone numbers. It
is on Cable Place, in South Oakland. Do not hesitate about noisy
streets because of parties. It is on the street on which families live.
