I am subletting a room in my two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is the
first floor of a duplex.

Location: Beeler St., a 5-10 minute walk to CMU
15 minute walk to Walnut St.

Available: May 11th - August 23rd (will consider someone who wants it
longer)
Rent: $360 + utilities

The room is:
* about 14' x 14', has a large closet
* and comes furnished (but you can replace with your own furniture)

The rent is: $360 per month + the following utilities per month:
* gas = ~$6 in summer, ~$50 in winter on average
* electric = ~$20
* water = ~$9
* cable = ~$60 (inc. high speed internet)
* phone = ~$15
* total utilities run about $110 during summer months and
$155 in winter months

Amenities include:
* Dish washer, free washer and dryer in basement
* Kitchenware and appliances
* Plenty of storage space in the basement
* Dining room and medium size kitchen.
* Street parking (and possibly driveway parking)
* Also, immediate access to the 67 busline
* And a few minute walk to the 61A,B,C,501,56U buses on Forbes
which can easily take you to Squirrel Hill, CMU, Oakland,
and downtown. Some of the 67 buses also stop close to the house.
* About a 15 minute walk to Shadyside/Walnut St.
* The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, shared bathroom, small
dining room and medium sized kitchen.

I prefer a non-smoker or someone who is willing to smoke outdoors.

no formal subletee lease. We just agree to a 30-day advance notice.
