= CMU escort comes right upto the house.
= Coin-op laundary in the basement. (No basement storage.)
= Rent $535 + electric (~$16/mo).
= NO PETS

May 10th is the earliest date you can move in. We can negotiate the rent
for the month of May.

a summer
class at Pitt. i saw your ad on Google for a sublet available. i was
wondering if it still is available. if it is, i would VERY much

to move in on this Sunday May 8th. i am taking a 6-week summer
session...
