Huge 3-bedroom apartment available 2004-2005

Here's the deal. Our apartment will be available starting in August. But in
the meantime, we desperately need a subletter for one bedroom starting in
May. So if you have a large group of people looking to rent an apartment
next year, then some of you could either move into this bedroom in May or
just start paying for this bedroom in May, and then we could arrange for
you to take over the lease in August. Following are descriptions of the
apartment in general, and the bedroom in particular:

THE APARTMENT
$1200 a month. 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. Central air, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, back porch, free off-street parking,
beautiful kitchen, lots of closet space, etc.

The room we need to sublet starting in May is the master bedroom (along
with the master bathroom). Furnished with a futon and a large dresser. We'd
need $450 a month, plus one-third of the utilities. You'd share the
kitchen/living room with 2 alumni of the CMU music school, one male and one
female.

So I think that if you had 3 or more people looking to move in in August,
then you all could easily split the rent for the one room starting in May,
and it would be worth it to have secured such a nice apartment. If you're
