This is the first floor of a beautiful old house that has been completely
remodeled by the landlord. The monthly rent is $1050 plus utilities. It is
a huge 2 bedroom 1 Bath apartment with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors
throughout and windows all around. The living room is very large and light
with a giant front window and decorative fireplace (with exposed brick). The
dining room is also large and also has an exposed brick decorative
fireplace. The kitchen has ceramic tile floors and countertops, all new
appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, huge fridge), and a
nice pantry. It has one wall of exposed brick. The bathroom is all ceramic,
has a tub and a detachable shower head and a nice vanity sink with a big
mirror. The basement has your own private (not coin-op) washer and dryer
and tons of storage. The apartment has an amazing private porch the size of
Iowa. One bedroom has a large open closet and the other bedroom has a giant
window (same size as the living room) facing the front. The apartment is
equipped with central air, all new plumbing/electric, new private water
heater and furnace, and both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room
are all equipped with ceiling fans.

All curtains/blinds shown in the pictures are included.
This apartment is available on September 1, and it is located 125 N. Dallas
Ave in Point Breeze, right at the edge and somewhat in the middle of
Shadyside and Squirrel hill. It is a nice neighborhood and situated in a
very unique and convenient place: 5 minutes drive to Squirrel Hill or
Shadyside, 10 minute drive to Oakland or Edgewood. Convenient for healthy
lifestyles: East-end coop is half a mile down the street, Whole Foods market
is a 5 minute drive.
The landlord is the best I have ever had; really nice guy and extremely
responsive to all requests. I have his cell phone number and the only time
he has not picked up when I called him was when I called at 1:00 am.
The apartment is big enough to turn the living room into a third bedroom if
you want, and it is not unlikely that the landlord will help you do it
(i.e., add doors for privacy), but you need to discuss that with him if you
are interested.
Credit approval required. My landlord's number is 412-773-0908 (John), or
you can email me with questions or if you want to come see the apartment.
