It is a 2-bedroom apartment, located at 749 Millvale. Just 3-4 blocks from
the Giant Eagle on Centre Ave and Craig. Since it is only a block and a
half off Centre Ave, it is very convenient as far as buses and shuttles
are concerned. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a balcony which
would be really cool for that morning cuppa. There's a coin-operated
washer/dryer in the basement. The apartment is fully furnished with all
the basic stuff like dressers, beds, closets etc. so it would be really
convenient for a new student. The rent for the entire apartment is $825
(including all utilities except for electricity) and there's a $1,000
deposit. So the cost per roommate is $412.5 and a deposit of $500. The
heating is gas-based and paid for by the landlord, so there will be no
winter spike in the electricity charges.
