Hi,

One bedroom in a three bedroom apartment which is in the second floor of 3
floor house will be available beginning September 1.

The apartment is located on Beacon St, one house away from the Giant
Eagle on Murray Avenue.

59U, 61C and 64A bus stops are within 1 minute walking distance.

Free laundry in the basement and Free parking on the street.

DSL and cable ($10 each) are optional.

Rent is $330.00 + 1/3 utility fee.

The other two roommates are graduate students at CMU (one female and
one male).

Hi Hiyujin Kim,

I am a transfer student to Pitt and am looking for some roommates for
this fall. I would like to live relatively close to the campus, but I
am not familiar with the area so I'm not sure how close your apartment
is. I am easy to get along with and am a Psychology undergrad student.
