of the time. Grad student or young professional preferred.

Rent is $230/person/month. It's the smallest room in the house, so you
get a $35 break in the rent. Pay gas, electric, water, phone, DSL and
cable (averages about $85/person/month).

The house is 1/2 block from Allderdice HS, two blocks from Squirrel Hill
Theatre, close to Frick Park, and there are several conveniently-located
Starbucks nearby :) We are on the 74A and 67H bus routes, and two blocks
from 61C, 64A and 59U.
