finished 3rd floor with 2 rooms for school year housemate rental available
August 25th. Completely private upstairs. In wooded neighborhood off of
Becks Run Road.

Nice, classy brick home in quiet neighborhood, 1 block from busline, ideal
for grad student who wants study time in suburban area. Driving time to
Oakland is 10 minutes and just over hot metal bridge, with little or no
traffic issues and no Oakland crime concerns. Cheaper than Squirrel Hill!

$430 covers bedroom and adjacent study with private staircase, hardwood
floors, 2 large closets, private phone line to 3rd floor, washer and dryer
use included, all utilities gas, water and electric are included, private
bath on 2nd floor, kitchen as needed, use of 1/2 garage with motorized doors
for car. We have 2 cats on 1st floor if any allergy concerns. 1st months
rent on moving in.

We have been renting to grad students for 2 1/2 years and enjoy it
immensely. We have recieved appreciation and thanks from our renters'
parents and families for providing them safety and security.
